I’ve been baking since I was a kid, but it didn’t truly come alive for me until I became a farmer. Working with the land, I saw how everything began — from seed to harvest — watching flavors develop in real time. Inspired by the colors, scents, and tastes that I saw daily, I began to create bakes that push past boundaries and explore unexpected combinations.
