Pocha y Pan takes Chicagoland


Hey y'all, Violet and Kyle here with another exciting pop up! Inspired by the food Violet grew up around in Chicago, we are recreating three classics from the Windy City. An all-beef hot dog ran through the garden with tomato, onion, pickle, relish, sports peppers, mustard, and of course, topped with celery salt on a poppy seed bun. An Italian beef, featuring thin-sliced, slow-roasted beef on a hoagie roll, topped with giardiniera and dunked in au jus. Lastly, Kyle’s favorite, a Polish beef combo, an Italian beef with a juicy Polish sausage added into the mix, it's the perfect combo of Chicago's hot dog and beef cultures in one.
